  We stayed here for 3 nights and it was the worst hotel experience we had. They charged my dad’s card for 1 night and charged my card for the same night - so we were charged twice. When asking the front desk (African American gentleman) he wanted to argue with me without even looking into his computer for the charges. He also argued that we never used points for any our stay, when we did for the 2 nights out of the 3. I was told payments made online cannot be processed at this hotel, and that we had to make the payment in person. This is stupid, no hotel or any company says/does this. Don’t think this hotel is a part of corporation, seemed like a part of Indian franchise owner. There was an Indian female staff who doesn’t even greet or smile at the guests, instead had a nasty look on her face.
  
  Rooms never or closer to the elevator are noisy, you hear the elevator bell ringing from the room every time someone’s using the elevator. Room further away from the elevators are okay, but other guests were so loud and you can heard the door slam all the time. There were a group of kids who were fooling around, being loud and obnoxious, going up and down the elevator through every floor at midnight for an hour or 2, lots of guest complained and so did I. Don’t know why this wasn’t taken care of right away, and they waited to receive complaints from everyone. So if you want to get some rest, I’d recommend another hotel.
  
  Only thing I liked about this hotel were 2 staff, 1 was a heavy built Caucasian or Hispanic mix gentleman, who was so kind, friendly and helpful - he offered to turn on the tv for me when I was bored sitting in the lobby/dinning area. He was also professional with other guests. Second, was the younger African/Caribbean gentleman who was professional and helpful.
  
  Bottom line, we had to contact corporate to get everything squared up. Such an inconvenience and waste of time.
